Homemade Conditioner

My hair has been getting beat up pretty good lately from sun and other elements.  I will be trying this homemade remedy this weekend!

Homemade Conditioner for Sun-Damaged Hair

If your hair seems damaged from commercial products...or the sun...or just neglect, you may want to try this deep conditioner—mash half of an avocado (which is rich in vitamins A and E) into one-half cup of mayonnaise (don’t use low-fat), and massage or comb the mixture into your damp hair. Cover your hair with plastic wrap and stay that way for 20 minutes.
